Terms of use

Version 2026-08-07. These terms are offered by Radu-Dumitru Stochitoiu, operating as Stochitoiu Digital Products, General-Wille-Strasse 19, CH-8002 Zürich, Switzerland. The operator is a Swiss sole proprietor and is not registered in the Swiss Commercial Register or for Swiss VAT as of this version.

MyLifeAsData is an exploratory self-tracking service. Its observations and experiments do not prove causation and are not medical advice. Do not use it for emergencies or to replace a qualified professional.

You must be at least 18, provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and record only data you are entitled to provide. You retain ownership of your entries and grant the operator only the rights needed to run the service and any optional cohort processing you explicitly select.

You may export or delete your account at any time. The operator may suspend abusive or unlawful use and may change the service with reasonable notice.

MyLifeAsData is offered at EUR 4.99 per month or EUR 49.00 per year after a 30-day trial. These are the total consumer prices, including any tax that the operator must collect. The checkout page shows the final total before you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected period until cancelled.

You may cancel from Settings at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the already paid period. The first payment is refundable on request within 30 days. Mandatory consumer cancellation, withdrawal, and refund rights continue to apply where they provide more protection.

Swiss law governs these terms. The ordinary courts at the operator's place of business in the Canton of Zürich have jurisdiction, without removing mandatory consumer protections or access to courts and authorities available at the consumer's habitual residence. The operator's total contractual liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months, except where liability cannot legally be limited.
